So here’s what I want you to do: 📝write down everything you need to do to prepare for a successful week
🧠 Think outside of the box! Find ways to outsource some of your most challenging responsibilities (maybe scheduling a babysitter or house cleaner)
🧘♀️ Make sure to include room for your Spiritual, Physical & Mental needs (schedule in a dedicated hour for yourself at least once a day to relax, meditate, pray, read a book, go for a walk, etc.) Then come back next Sunday to talk about it!
